European Neighbourhood Policy: Working towards a Stronger Partnership

In the Joint Communication "European Neighbourhood Policy: Working towards a Stronger Partnership" of the European Commission and the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy (JOIN(2013) 4 final) of 20 March 2013, a "stronger partnership with civil society" is identified as one of the main features of the revised European Neighbourhood Policy presented in 2011. The setting up of the EaP Civil Society Forum and of National Platform in all EaP countries is cited as "a good example of civil society's strengthened role in the ENP".
