Prospects of the EU’s approach towards Belarus during upcoming Lithuanian Presidency

Kinga Dudzińska and Anna Maria Dyner from the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) analyses expectations of the upcoming Lithuanian Presidency concerning relations between the EU and Belarus. Given Lithuania’s intensified political and economic relations with Belarus, it is expected that Lithuania will make use of its Presidency to resume the dialogue with Belarusian authorities, which could be considered a huge success for the presidency.
