New opportunities for youth NGOs from Eastern Partnership countries

National Youth Council of Moldova (CNTM) with the support of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic launches a project for strengthening of cooperation between youth NGOs from Eastern Partnership countries. The main aim of the project is stimulation of youth participation in this region. Partners of this project are Youth Councils from Belarus, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.

Thus, CNTM and  projects partners s goals is to increase visibility of youth NGOs from EaP through strengthening advocacy actions and cooperation, and at the network level is to promote dialogue with EU institutions.

The project proposes is to realize a study regarding role of youth in promotion of Eastern Partnership, a technical meeting of Youth Councils from this six states, and s one event in each country that will achieve at the public agenda instruments of strengthening collaboration between youth organizations and state structures.

The results of the project will be presented in the Working Group 4 “Contacts between people” of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, which will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, in November 2012.

The project “Strengthening the youth cooperation in Eastern Partnership countries” runs till October 2012 and have a total budget of 17 000 Euro, funded by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic.
