1. "Strengthening Higher Education Reforms in the Eastern Partnership Countries" The Humanitarian Techniques’ Agency (lead partner), Belarusian Independent Bologna Committee, Social and Kultural Innovation Lab, International Foundation for Educational Policy Research
- Aim: to discuss, identify and compare opportunities and obstacles for the higher education system in light of the Bologna Process and develop a joint strategy for civil society actors in Belarus in Belarus, Armenia, and Ukraine within the context of the Eastern Partnership.
- Outputs: a strategic consultation based on the Organised Activity Games methodology. Based on the consultation’s results, the project team will develop a report describing project ideas, solution mechanisms and policy recommendations. This report is meant to become a major tool for lobbying on both national and regional levels.
2. "EaP Countries Cooperation to Ensure the Quality Assurance in Higher Education" European Institute for Political Studies of Moldova (lead partner), CEDOS, Belarusian Independent Bologna Committee
- Aim: to create a regional civil society platform for the monitoring of education policy reform, with a focus on the assessment of quality assurance mechanisms.
- Outputs: experts’ opinion assessment in each country, a policy paper covering current national and regional challenges in ensuring the quality of education while proposing some solutions for tackling those issues, a roundtable in each country, involving all relevant local stakeholders
3. "Communities, Classrooms and Civil Society: Sharing Experience and Developing Regional Approaches to Addressing the Rights and Needs of Children with Disabilities in Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine" HealthProm (lead partner), Belarusian Children’s Hospice, Partnerships for Every Child, Charity Fund Early Intervention Institute
- Aim: to encourage regional commitment to supporting the rights and needs of children with disabilities and to facilitate the development of regional approaches to this end.
- Outputs: an analysis of current initiatives, activities, and legislation on the needs and rights of disabled children and their families; identifying key trends in child disability and family support within the EU, so to share experiences and foster dialogue between EU member states and EaP countries; an online network of professionals through various forms of social media for facilitation of information-sharing and skills development between groups in the target countries.
