The sphere of judicial Reform is considered to be crucial for the reform process in the EaP region. As a possible future project for the subgroup the monitoring of the implementation of the Council of Europe recommendations in the EaP region was suggested.

As only a small number of sub group representatives were present at the meeting, it was suggested that when selecting next Forum’s participants attention should be paid to selecting the organisations working in this important sphere.
