EU Neighbourhood "Funding Handbook"The EU Neighbourhood Info Centre published a handbook on "European Union Funding for the Neighbourhood and Russia". This handbook provides a useful guidance on what forms of funding are available from the EU to its eastern and southern neighbours and how to apply for them. Every instrument and circumstances in which it can be applied are explained in a comprehensive manner. This allows you to identify the instruments that could be of interest to your organisation or cause.
