MA Programme in Human Rights and Democratization - Apply by 30 June

Applications are now open for the Regional Master's Programme in Human Rights and Democratization in Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova. Send in required documents before June 30th.

The Regional Master’s Programme in Human Rights and Democratization has recently become a one year interdisciplinary programme. The programme was established with the financial support of the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) in 2010. The programme is one of 6 Regional Master’s Programmes in Human Rights and Democratization worldwide, established with the financial support of the European Commission.  

The programme aims to train qualified professionals in the field of human rights in EaP countries, as well as creating a Human Rights NGOs network in the region. 

The programme also offers the possibility to study at different universities during the course of their studies. The first semester takes place in Armenia, at Yerevan State University. The second semester is run by one of the three partner universities:

  • Belarusian State University
  • Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
  • Tbilisi State University
