Riga Graduate School of Law: Call for Applications from Civil Society and Civil Servants

The Riga Graduate School of Law is offering an advanced programme in law and economics aimed at civil servants, civil society representatives and academia from the Eastern Partnership countries and Central Asia

Its first edition was completed in December 2014, and the second round (Spring 2015) is ongoing.

The objective of the programme is to provide the training that promotes the relations between the international community and the European Union on one side, and the EaP countries and Central Asia on the other. It is also intended to provide a knowledge transfer based on the Latvian experience in the EU.

The programme is funded by the Latvian government, along with the governments of Luxembourg, Sweden and the United States of America. The costs, including travel to Riga and accommodation during the 12-week period of the programme, as well as the contribution to living expenses in Riga and the cost of study visits, are covered by the Latvian government and the international donors.

Applications should be submitted online and the deadline for submission is 6 July 2015. More information here.
