The report analyses participation of minorities in the EaP, inclusion of minorities into EU financial instruments and provides recommendations to policy-makers

15:00-16:30 “A second chance for Ukraine” – presentation of a report on the prospects for visa

liberalisation between the EU and Ukraine which assesses Ukraine’s fulfilment of the Action Plan (In partnership with Open Society European Policy Institute)

Has the new, post-Maidan Ukrainian leadership advanced in meeting key reform commitments and what more needs to be done for Ukrainians to travel visa-free to the EU?

The panel will focus on the issues of media freedoms and touch upon the problem of the unfolding of the Russian propaganda in the Eastern Partnership countries. The results of the first year of the Eastern Partnership Media Freedom Watch project will be presented at this session.
