EaP CSF Presented Special Award to Chancellor Angela Merkel at the 7th Annual Assembly in Kyiv23 November 2015
At the 7th Annual Assembly of the EaP CSF in Kyiv the Steering Committee presented a special award to the Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel in recognition of her contribution to the European Union’s Eastern Partnership policy. German Ambassador to Ukraine Dr Christof Weil received the award on behalf of Chancellor Merkel from the EaP CSF Co-chair Krzysztof Bobiński. The Civil Society Forum acknowledged the leadership and the continuous positive contribution of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel to the European Union’s Eastern policy, which has upheld the European Union’s commitment to human rights and to international law.
