EaP CSF Working Group 4 Awarded Winners of Photo Contest “Youth Creates Contacts between People” at the 7th Annual Assembly

At the 7th Annual Assembly of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) in Kiev, were announced the winners of the Photo Contest “Youth Creates Contacts between People!", which was conducted in October-November 2015 by the EaP CSF Working Group 4 in partnership with SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre.

Young people from Armenia, Belarus, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, who participated in youth projects with partners from EaP countries, submitted to the photo contest 94 photographs to share their experience in facilitating contacts between people. The best photos were presented at the photo exhibition during the 7th Annual Assembly held from 19 to 21 November 2015.

By decision of the members of the selection committee, which consisted of representatives of the EaP CSF Working Group 4 and Resource Centre SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus, the winners of the contest were determined as follows:

1st place: Photo № 7 «Freedom» and photo №8 «Tree of Life», author - Olesia Kurylo, Institute of Ukrainian Studies (IUS), Ukraine

2nd place: Photo № 86 «The Same», author - Khachatur Tovmasyan, Dreamshots.am, Armenia, Paweł Szczegryn, Foundation Window to the East, Poland

3rd place: Photo № 65 «Two Little Girls Make Flowers by Themselves as a Present for their Grandfather», author - Olena Sheremet, Youth NGO "ISKRA", Ukraine

The Viewer Choice Award: Photo № 51 «In Checkin’ Giraffe – a Social Enterprise in Scotland», Diana Hrytsyshyna NGO Kreativ, Ukraine
