Launch of the Civil Society Forum Meeting at the Council of EuropeM. Ulad Vialichka, representing the Civil Society Forum (CSF) Steering Committee, was invited to present to the Commission on Democracy and Civil Society at the Conference of the International Non Governmental Organizations on the 5th of October 2010. He presented the challenges of the EaP CSF to the Committee members and asked for continual and further support from the Council of Europe. The Council of Europe is a permanent participant to the EaP thematic Platform I: Democracy, Good Governance and Stability as well as Platform IV: People to People Contacts.
