OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Baku Discontinues Its Operations in Azerbaijan6 July 2015 The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Baku’s operations in Azerbaijan were discontinued on 4 July. The OSCE remains open to other forms of co-operation with Azerbaijan. The discontinuation is the result of the termination by Azerbaijan of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Project Co-ordinator in Baku between the government of Azerbaijan and the OSCE at the beginning of June followed by a month-long process. |
