NGO representatives are invited to follow OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting

Representatives of NGOs are invited to follow the proceedings of the 21st Ministerial Council Meeting of the OSCE, which will take place in Basel on 4-5 December 2014.

Participation, during the closing and opening ceremonies, is restricted to 20 NGOs. The deadline for registrations to the conference is 14 November 2014.

A parallel civil society conference will be taking place in Basel on 1-3 December, shortly before the Ministerial Council Meeting.
