Research Paper "Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum & How to Improve It"The aim of the present paper is to reflect on the experience of the functioning of the EaP Civil Society Forum to date. Perhaps more importantly, the authors would like to propose a number of recommendations, which (in our view) would make the Forum an even more effective instrument for civil society to contribute and shape the agenda of the Eastern Partnership.
