Two calls for applications for Belarus and Ukraine from Visegrad Fund21.08.2013 International Visegrad Fund in the framework of the project “Public Administration Reform in Visegrad Countries: Lessons Learned for Belarus and Ukraine” announced 2 calls for applications.
Project partners from Visegrad countries will grant a one-month fellowship for 4 selected applicants from Belarus and Ukraine (2 from each state) to provide an opportunity for fellows to deepen their knowledge in the sphere of public administration reform (PAR) in Visegrad countries (V4) and initiate a discussion on the examples of the good policy practice and reform process. Fellowships will consist of 2 stages: 1) From September 29 to October 19, 2013 in Prague, Czech Republic /or/ Bratislava, Slovakia /or/ Warsaw, Poland /or/ Budapest, Hungary 2) From October 20 to October 25, 2013 in Prague, Czech Republic More information on the topics, as well as eligibility criteria could be found here.
Project partners from Czech Republic and Slovakia will grant 6 fellowships for participants from Belarus and Ukraine (3 from each country) to participate in a study trip to Czech Republic, which will take place in September 23-27, 2013. The goal is to provide participants with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the sphere of public administration reform (PAR) in Visegrad countries (V4), initiate a discussion on the examples of the good policy practice and reform process, as well as issues among the counterparts from Ukraine, Belarus and V4 states. The study trip is planned to include meetings with V4 public administration experts and civil servants, preparation of the policy paper under supervision of the Association for International Affair’s experts, participation in trainings and networking events.
