Experts of the Ukrainian National Platform point to flaws in anti-corruption policy21.08.2013 Working Group 1 "Democracy, human rights, good governance and stability" of the Ukrainian National Platform of the EaP CSF welcomes political compromise enactment of the law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on implementation of the state anti-corruption policy". The adopted law is an important step towards European integration of Ukraine. However, Working Group 1 also notes significant shortcomings of the Act in the areas of financial control over the accuracy of information on officials’ declarations, anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and public access to information officials’ declarations.
