Invitation to the Black Sea NGO Forum

Recent developments in the EU neighborhood have revealed once more the essential role of civil society and its potential as a positive force for change. The 4th edition of the Black Sea NGO Forum will explore the role and needs of civil society in the region, its vision(s) and solutions to the current local and regional problems. The general communication language at the Forum is English.During the sessions of the Forum translation will be available into and from English, Russian and Romanian.

Logistics

For the participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine, the organizers will cover flights, accommodation and meals. Attention: flights will be booked directly by the organizers based on the information in this application form. Organizers cannot reimburse flights booked directly by the participants.

How to fill in this application form

This is an electronic application form to be filled in. You cannot change the structure of the form; just fill in the fixed fields. The majority of the fields are format-free, you can write as many words and numbers as needed. The use of an electronic form makes everything much easier for the organizers of Black Sea NGO Forum 2011. Thank you for your cooperation and help. For logistical reasons it is extremely useful and important for the organizers that you indicate a mobile phone number where we can reach you in time. Please indicate in the application form if you can communicate in English or only in Russian.
