Memorandum on Cooperation Signed between the EaP CSF National Platform and the Georgian Parliament

On 26 February 2016, the EaP CSF Georgian National Platform signed the Memorandum on Cooperation with the EU Integration Committee of the Georgian Parliament.

The document envisages:

  • Facilitation to enhancement of cooperation between the Parliament and civil society to accelerate EU political association and legislative harmonization;
  • Enhancement of cooperation under art.414 of EU AA;
  • Thematic meetings of the parties once per 6 months;
  • The Committee to provide sharing drafts upon registration with EaP CSF GNP;
  • GNP to provide evaluations of the drafts for consideration in the Committee;
  • The Committee to attach the evaluations to the drafts.
