Reply on recent exchange of letters on the issue of NGOs from conflict areasIn connection with the exchange of letters between the Co-Chair of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Krzysztof Bobinski and the Chairman of the Azerbaijani Delegation to the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly Elkhan Suleymanov (see here), the Steering Committee has received a reply to the last letter of Mr Bobinski.
